The workout is also done entirely barefoot (if you wish to wear shoes, you can). The foot is the foundation of our body. Our whole body weight rests on it! They have to be strong. You will learn the correct ways to use the foot in these exercises so that you can make your feet strong yet mobile to protect your knee, hips and lower back.
